How to use Sweet Wormwood
1.5 grams of sweet wormwood or 1/2 teaspoon of sweet wormwood is brewed for 10 minutes with 600 ml of boiling water. The resulting tea is filtered and drunk at room temperature three times a day 15 minutes before meals.
For dosing, please use the following formula:
0.02 grams per kilogram of adult body weight.
